Hi! I'm a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and an ongoing student of Ayurveda.
My yoga journey began when I was just 19, living in India. Out of curiosity, I started attending yoga classes. While I didn’t fully dive into the depth of the practice back then, I found myself returning to it in different phases of life.
It wasn’t until I entered my forties and completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, the heart of classical yoga, that everything truly shifted. I immersed myself in the philosophy, history, and anatomy behind the practice—and began to see yoga not just as movement, but as a complete system for living.
Now, as I approach my 50th birthday, my mission is to inspire others with the same passion and help them experience how yoga, when practiced mindfully with breath and awareness, strengthens both body and mind.
Outside of yoga, I'm a people-person at heart. I love spending time with my family and friends, sharing good conversation, and building community.
✨ Join me on this journey, and discover how integrating classical yoga philosophy into your asana practice can deeply elevate your health, energy, and overall quality of life.

What kind of yoga do you teach?
I mainly focus on Hatha style yoga classes. They are medium paced classes with a combination of small flows and breathing practices( pranayama). Classes are planned keeping a balance between body(asanas), mind control(meditation) and breathwork which is the original version of Yoga.
I have never done Yoga. Will your class be suitable for me?
My classes are medium paced and I offer modifications to accommodate all levels. My goal is to create a community where everyone feels comfortable and not judged. Yoga is for personal growth, not for competition.
